ANCION-MARX
This is a 6 mm revolver of the "Mitrailleuse" type, according to the denomination of the time.
It carries the Liège stamps i.e:
B /STAR: countermark of the controller, used from 1877 until today.
R crowned: rifled bore, in use from 1894 until 1968.
ELG/STAR stamp in a Crowned Oval (invisible) should be found on the barrel!
Markings of the manufacturer
Cal 6: Caliber of the gun.
LAM in a triangle: Mark of Léopold ANCION-MARX, whose history is has been dealt with before.
Another marking
Letters FW with a sort of ''shrub'' in the center (subject to good reading, because the photograph is not really good!) is a unknown marking, it could be the marking of a foreign retailer.
