DEVILLERS Henri
It acts of a flintlock pistol of voyage to at the end of XVIII century with long barrel.
The round lock is to "The French" and the hammer in swan neck.
Mounting is in drowning with nozzle ending in a brass cap just like the trigger guard under trigger bent towards the back and the master key-rod. Against-lock worked, also out of brass is fixed by two screws. The barrel is with side on a quarter its length then round and ends in a handlebar also brought back out of brass.
It probably acts of a production of Henri DEVILLERS in Liege whose activities range between 1734 and 1862.

According to what I then to judge of it, it is about a shotgun to juxtaposed unrifled bores of gauge 12 if I read well? The hammers are external with a key of opening “Top” between those. The forearm is with pump and the stick…..??
Locks “ahead” carry an animalist engraving.
The weapon carries the lawful punches of the profhouse of LIEGE, namely:
ELG* in a crowned oval: final acceptance post 1893.
Peron: inspection post 1853.
T* - Q* - P*: countermarks of the controllers, of use of 1877 to 1968.
12 C in a rhombus: gauge, of use of 1898 to 1924.
EL in English letters: provisional test, of use of 1852 to our days.
17.5 - 18.2: chokes barrels: gauged in mm to 22 cm of the breech and the mouth. In use of 1898 to 1910.
The weapon carries mark “MADE IN BELGIUM SPECIALY FOR Prospero DONALDO BROOKLYN N.Y” It acts of the mark of the American retailer engraved with his request! It probably also asked that the name of the manufacturer not be reproduced on the weapon as that was often the case in LIEGE.
HD in a cartouche (read so well): it could be a question of the trademark of DEVILLERS Henri, arms manufacturer with HERSTAL. I don’t have unfortunately any other information relating to it.
The second mark in a cartouche is totalling not exploitable.
