ROBERT & GILLON

It acts of a rifle with loading by the breech copied from system ALBINI-BRAENDLIN with a mechanism of trigger to lever under the trigger guard.

The lever is most probably used to arm an interior hammer or a striker.

It probably acts of a rifle of test ever adopted and preserved by the M.R.A.

GILLON, Noël suburb St Gilles in Liege deposited of 1866 to 1868, eight patents relating to a system of rifle with loading by the breech by means of a cartridge with cap, of the improvements to rifle with loading by the breech with ROBERT Charles and a system of rifle with loading by the breech by means of a copper cartridge, also with ROBERT, Charles.
