Tomson

Family TOMSON of Liege was ruined at the time of the consecutive convulsions to the French revolution, the go and return of French and various changes of mode which the Principality during this disturbed period underwent (1789-1794).

Jacques TOMSON (1760-1807) leaves Liege for Rotterdam where it melts with his sons a famous workshop.

His brother Theodore (1762-1813) fixes himself in Brussels.

Jacques was the father of Tomson Nicolas arquebusier in Liege (1810) and Leiden (1817)

Another relative: Joseph Toussaint TOMSON (or TOUMSON) share to be established in Strasbourg.
