F.N. "Toy"

Here is what is more than likely a toy rifle, with the presence of a (nicely modified) magazine for a 7. 65 FN pistol, model 1910 or 1910/22. There are indeed no punches or markings. Moreover and especially, the smooth barrel is 10mm in diameter and is thus unsuitable for a 7. 65mm calibre bullet. I don't know how to get the bolt out of the cylinder head.

You'd think a gunsmith would have made this toy for his kid, but to fire what projectile? To fire an alarm cartridge of sufficient power to expel a cork projectile a few meters away?

The stock is in any case of very honourable workmanship for, for example, a garden rifle. The trigger guard is also of good workmanship. Holding the clip seems a little random to me.....

Perhaps a visitor to the site will be able to approximate the date of the loader by analyzing the type of letters/digits?
