A current part but who appears to be in good condition and well in its juice (end of 19 century)

Now to say which of Charles GALOPPIN of Brussels (1 patent n° 23379 in 1868) or of BISCHOP Pierre (see Who’s Who, there is several) sold and manufactured this weapon, I don’t know.
