Warnant J.
Street Henri Forir, 49 in Liege.
1850-1914
Originating in HOIGNEE-CHERATTE but does not reside at it any more since 1883.
Deceased 01/01/1913.
Holder of many patents (36) whose famous one locks rebounding.
Operation:
The small pedal on the left, contrary to the systems Counet kind, does not have any spring. The spring it is the higher blade shown by photograph 3.
When one pushes on the pedal, the arm of lever raises the blade and when this one arrives at the point of unhooking, the weapon opens curtly. See in the order photographs "Opening 1 to 5".
The remainder of the movement makes mount the disc and in end of race it snaps to return in place.
Another thing which astonishes on these revolvers it is the size of the grips.
It is ridiculously small compared to the weapon, on the .450 one wonders how one can firmly hold the weapon with such a small grips.
