Louis Bergeron
The company Louis Bergeron in Saint Etienne was only one small Manufacture which made mainly repairs.
About 1923 Bergeron however built this pistol in much reduced quantity. Mechanics was actually already obsolete.
Moreover it was too expensive to carry out shares of market.
Designation “Le Steph” comes from the abbreviation of the name of the inhabitants of Saint Etienne, “les Stéphanois”.
